Live Parent Workshop | 90 minutes + Confidential Q&A

Exam season can be especially complex for ADHD and autistic teens.
What looks like avoidance, shutdown, or “lack of motivation” is often overwhelm, nervous system stress, and executive functioning overload.

Many parents are told to increase pressure or push harder.
For neurodivergent teens, this can unintentionally lead to more anxiety, conflict, and disengagement — particularly in the months leading up to major exams.

This live parent workshop is designed to offer practical, compassionate guidance grounded in real-world neurodivergent experience.
