what is adhd coaching?
What sets it apart from other types of coaching?
How is it different from therapy?
How does ADHD coaching work?
What can it do for me?
These are the most commonly asked questions I get when in a discovery call with a new client.
ADHD coaching is a relatively new approach when it comes to managing ADHD. Since it’s inception, it’s fast become recognised as a life-enhancing intervention for both children and adults with ADHD.
Leading ADHD expert, Dr. Russell Barkley says ADHD coaching “is being done in order to help (people with ADHD) meet their stated goals for self-improvement, deal with emotional over-reactivity and stress, interact in more positive and constructive ways with others, accomplish work, and time management. It is also done to help coping with other domains of major life activities that may respond well to frequent accountability to another supportive adult trained in various strategies to address these issues (and others).”
Join me on Tuesday, May 30th, 20:00-21:30 CET for this FREE online event.
